Join us on June 13, 2025 for a special moment of collective expansion and inspiration. We’ve asked some of our region's most adventurous chefs to collaborate with our most mood-bending music curators and visual designers to create what’s missing - a pop-up dining and music experience rooted in deep creative collaboration and optimism for what is possible.

Creating without boundaries, Chef Sarah Betcher (Becca, Zoe’s, The Williamsburg Inn, The Greenbrier and others in Europe), Evan Drake (Cofounder of Quemar as well restaurants in Latin America & Europe), Chef Kip Poole, Gabe Niles and the Le Bon collective invite you to join us at our new home, The A.C.E., for our momentary experiment in creating the restaurant we’ve always wanted to experience.
